We're building India's most thoughtful pet care platform. Not another breed finder that shows you cute pictures, but a systems-thinking approach to responsible pet parenting.
Too many dogs end up abandoned because of mismatched expectations. A husky bought because "they look cool" suffers in Chennai's heat. A high-energy breed struggles in a small apartment with an owner who works 12-hour days. A first-time owner gets overwhelmed by a breed that needs experienced handling.
Azora exists to prevent these mismatches. We analyze your real situation - not just what breed looks appealing - to recommend dogs that will genuinely thrive in your care, and that you'll be equipped to care for properly.

Why India-Specific?
Most pet care resources online are written for Western contexts. They don't account for India's unique challenges:
- →Climate: Our summers regularly hit 40°C+. Many popular breeds simply cannot cope without constant AC.
- →Living Spaces: Apartments are the norm in urban India. Giant breeds in 1BHK flats is a recipe for disaster.
- →Native Breeds: Indian Pariah Dogs, Rajapalayams, and Mudhol Hounds are often ignored despite being perfectly adapted to our conditions.
- →Cultural Context: Joint families, household help, neighborhood dynamics - these all affect pet ownership here.

A Note on Indian Native Dogs
We strongly encourage adopting Indian Pariah Dogs (Indies) from shelters. They're naturally adapted to our climate, incredibly healthy, low-maintenance, and make wonderful companions. Our algorithm accounts for this - if you're open to adoption, Indies often score highest for Indian households.
